Hi! We're Super Purposes!
In 2019, on a rainy day in Seattle, our former company, SuperInterns.com, was hard at work helping people get internships that they could leverage into jobs, but we knew we could do more. Internships are just one part of the career process, so we set out on a quest to see what value we could deliver beyond that first step.
After speaking with several clients, we made a startling discovery. What should have been a time of hope and growth was only filled with frustration and pain — completing endless online applications with no responses. From gate keeping Applicant Tracking Systems, to overworked recruiters, and interviews that were more like interrogations, one thing became abundantly clear: Everything about the hiring system was broken.
So, we pivoted, and created our “How to get a job in 12 weeks!” online course. Our clients were able to find purpose-filled work in spite of the systemic barriers. We tapped into the secrets of The Career Awakening and figured out how everyone can become the captain of their professional life — forever.
Today, we have helped over 17,000 people get their desired jobs and salaries so they can chase their magnificent obsession and have the life they love.
