You Will:

•  Record video content for our programs. • Provide recordings and show content for programs directed toward specific demographics. • Participate in multiple live webinars utilized to showcase our programs to different client groups and individuals looking for career opportunities. • Promote and market our programs to larger demographics and organizations with the goal of helping millions of people around the world. • Help specific demographics, such as Military Spouses, formerly incarcerated individuals and recent College Graduates, find amazing jobs and start successful careers. • Network and Contact different groups and organizations, to spread the Super Purposes brand. • Develop new programs that will help and guide people to build their careers as they move forward into their first/next job. • Attend team meetings and senior meetings, as required.

You Are:

•  Comfortable on camera, in live meeting situations, and communicating with a multitude of different types of people in live webinars, coaching sessions, and Q&A forums. • A problem-solver, leader, and team player, with the ability to develop your own ideas while keeping the growth and betterment of the company as priority s-driven; your focus encompasses the mission of the company. • Familiar with Kartra & knowledgeable in multiple social media platforms. • An independent thinker, with the ability to work through problems on the fly, as well as the confidence to make decisions and changes on your own. • Innovative, providing fresh ideas and strategies that will help market/advertise the product, build company reputation, and bring in new client groups. • Tech savvy and own a computer with reliable access to an Internet connection. • Adaptable to changes in projects and priorities and can handle multiple projects. • Excellent in verbal and written communication, email etiquette, the Internet, and MS Office. • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, reliable and organized. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and attend video conferencing meetings whenever needed. • Enthusiastic and grateful to have the opportunity to work with us! • Tech savvy and own a computer with reliable access to an Internet connection. • A Super On-Air Talent Specialist!
